Items ordered on a Saturday or Sunday may be processed on the following Monday.

The USPS website states U.S. priority mail usually takes 2-4 business days to arrive. Please be aware that this is not a guaranteed arrival date. There are no refunds for the product or shipping charges if the mail carrier delivers your package late.

IMPORTANT! Please be sure you have your correct address listed in your Etsy account account. I will ALWAYS ship to the exact address in your Etsy account.

All items in my shop are made-to-order, unless stated otherwise. If you need to cancel your order, you must notify me with in 24 hours of purchase.

Because of the custom nature of my products, there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please be sure to read the listing description carefully and order the correct sizes based on the child's measurements. Please message me if you have any concerns with sizing.

In the rare case that you receive your package and a mistake has been made on my part, you must notify me within 24 hours of package delivery. If a return has been agreed upon you will be responsible for the return shipping. The refund will be made after I have received the product back in its original condition ONLY.

*I highly recommend you measure your child to ensure a proper fit. Please check the listing for the correct way to measure. The measurements listed are standard sizes and may not be right for each child. Please contact me if you have any questions.

*My ribbon trimmed tutus are made short and will not fully cover diapers or underwear. I highly recommend your child wear bloomers or shorts/leggings underneath the tutu, especially for older girls.

*Please be aware that the colors of my materials will vary from one another. My hot pink satin ribbon may be a slightly different shade than my hot pink felt or shabby flower. I always try my best to match the colors as closely as possible, but sometimes it is not possible.

*Please be aware that I cannot recreate an outfit that you send me a picture of. I will do my best to create my version of that outfit or tutu, but it will not be exactly the same.

*Some items may contain small parts, adult supervision is advised.
